Common Issues
Device won't turn on

App can't find device
Follow these steps:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Close and reopen the UVCeed app
- Make sure the device is charged and powered on
- Try forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and reconnecting

UV-C light not working
Troubleshooting steps:
- Clean the UV-C lens with a soft, dry cloth
- Ensure no objects are blocking the safety sensors
- Check if you're within the recommended distance (2-4 inches)
- Verify the device is properly connected to the app
For safety reasons, the UV-C light won't activate if any sensors detect potential exposure risks.
