Common Issues

Device won't turn on

Try these steps:

  1. Charge the device for at least 30 minutes using the provided USB-C cable
  2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
  3. If still not working, try a different USB-C cable
  4. Check for any physical damage to the charging port

App can't find device

Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
  2. Close and reopen the UVCeed app
  3. Make sure the device is charged and powered on
  4. Try forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and reconnecting

UV-C light not working

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clean the UV-C lens with a soft, dry cloth
  2. Ensure no objects are blocking the safety sensors
  3. Check if you're within the recommended distance (2-4 inches)
  4. Verify the device is properly connected to the app

For safety reasons, the UV-C light won't activate if any sensors detect potential exposure risks.
